Watch Technician

Purpose<br><br> * Service and repair of watches<br><br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br> * Services and repairs watches in a consistent manner and according to principals guidelines.<br> * Carries out all types of repairs (CS, PS, SG) as per instructions and volume needs.<br> * Follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.<br> * Ensures highest possible quality of work, respect of lead times and customer satisfaction.<br> * Attends trainings as instructed.<br> * Shares technical knowledge with his colleagues.<br> * Keeps his workbench clean and tidy at all times.<br> * Always wears a clean coat.<br> * Displays team spirit and cooperates with peers to ensure a collegial environment.<br><br>Functional &amp; Technical skills<br> * Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint &amp; Outlook<br> * English - Excellent verbal and written communication<br> * Arabic - Basic verbal and written communication<br> * Organisational and time management skill<br> * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships<br> * Ability to prioritize and multi-task<br><br>Previous Experience:<br> * 1-3 years job related experience<br> * 2 years experience in repairing all types of watches.<br> * Quartz movement (2 or 3 hands) - movement exchange - complete service <br> * Quartz movement Chronograph - movement exchange <br> * Mechanical movement/Automatic movement - movement exchange<br/><br/>Please mention the word ASTOUNDED and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxNDpjZGVjOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxNDpjZGVjOjox).
