<strong>Role <br><br></strong>TM – Regulatory<br><br><strong> Job Level/ Designation <br><br></strong>M1/ Manager<br><br><strong> Function / Department <br><br></strong>Technology/Quality<br><br><strong> Location <br><br></strong>Guwahati<br><br><strong> Hiring Manager <br><br></strong>Indranil Chaulya<br><br><strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>To ensure 100% regulatory (SACFA/WPC/EMF/MRO/TRAI) compliance of all exiting radio network and new radio network/Technology upgradation getting rolled out with timelines<br><br><strong>Key Result Areas/Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> 100% regulatory compliance in terms of SACFA/WPC/EMF/MRO/TRAI of all cell sites getting radiated and new rollout/Technology upgradation with in timelines and without any penalty </li><li> Coordination with TERM Cell offices to obtain EMF/MRO clearances </li><li> Liaising with TERM Cell officials and other regulators </li><li> Ensuring timely submission of Biannual/Triennial EMF self-certification as per requirement </li><li> Ensuring NEP portal submissions for new cell sites/technology additions/OTS completion on time </li><li> Keep track of all MRO (Minimum roll out obligation) timelines getting certifications from TERM cell within timeline </li><li> Coordination with industry peers /IP vendors for EMF compliance and field level testing </li><li> TRAI reports preparations &amp; corresponding submission within time line <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li> Sound knowledge in all regulatory compliance rules and regulations. </li><li> Sound knowledge in usage of various testing equipment like drive test kits, EMF measurement equipment, Spectrum analyser etc. </li><li> Sound knowledge in SACFA/WPC application/MRO and corresponding approval process </li><li> Sound knowledge in various methods/NEP of EMF compliance </li><li> Liaising skills with Govt. officials </li><li> Quick learner, knowledge on change in technological trends <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong> Must have technical / professional qualifications <br><br></strong><ul><li> B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 4 to 6 years of experience</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word GOODWILL and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxNDpjZGVjOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxNDpjZGVjOjox).
