Complemented by exceptional scuba diving and other water sports, the resort embraces the seafarer lifestyle with a glamorous twist.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The job holder is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of all coffee machines within the Villa Hotels &amp; Resorts premises. This includes diagnosing and resolving any technical faults, performing routine servicing, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently to support high-quality service standards. The role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction related to coffee and beverage services.<br><br><ul><li>Ensure machines are properly calibrated to meet quality and safety standards. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance on all coffee machines to prevent breakdowns. </li><li>Clean, descale, and inspect machines regularly as per the maintenance schedule. </li><li>Carry out regular checks on machines and ensure that they are in working condition at all time. </li><li>Assist and support Villa Technician in his works. </li><li>Assist the other units of the maintenance department in their daily routine work. </li><li>Ensure that every safety precaution is taken, while performing duty. </li><li>Carry out any other work assigned by your manager from time to time. </li><li>Install, set up, and calibrate coffee machines across hotel outlets. </li><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines. </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. </li><li> Ensure machines consistently deliver high-quality beverages. </li><li> Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers. </li><li> Maintain service logs and report recurring or major issues. </li><li>Train staff on proper machine usage and basic troubleshooting. </li><li>Adhere to safety standards and report any hazards. </li><li> Collaborate with F&amp;B and Engineering teams to support smooth operations. <br><br></li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or appliance repair. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with commercial coffee machines (e.g. espresso, bean-to-cup, filter machines). </li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee equipment</li><li>Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure. <br><br></li></ul>Additional Information<br/><br/>Please mention the word SOFT and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxNDpjZGVjOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxNDpjZGVjOjox).
