<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Who we're looking for</strong></p>
<p>We're looking for a demand gen leader who can own the full pipeline function — strategy, execution, and the team behind it. You'll manage two existing team members and be the person accountable for turning marketing investment into revenue.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pipeline and MQL targets — you set the number and you hit it</li>
<li>Full-funnel strategy across paid, email, lifecycle, and campaigns</li>
<li>Budget allocation and performance reporting</li>
<li>Managing and developing a two-person demand gen team</li>
<li>Marketing automation and attribution infrastructure</li>
<li>Alignment with sales on lead quality, handoffs, and follow-through</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen</li>
<li>At least 2 years managing a team — you know how to coach, not just delegate</li>
<li>Comfortable owning paid performance and systems, not just strategy decks</li>
<li>Strong with data — you can build a dashboard, read attribution, and make a budget case</li>
<li>Experience with PLG or product-led + sales hybrid is a strong plus</li>
<li>Hands-on with HubSpot or equivalent; knows when to automate and when to keep it simple</li>
<li><strong>High ownership and grit:</strong> You operate like a founder of your function. You don't wait for direction, and you finish what you start.</li>
<li><strong>Sharp written communication:</strong> You can brief content teams, pitch leadership, and write the kind of clear copy that both humans and LLMs reward.</li>
