As Commercial Operations Platform Lead (gn), you take on a central role at the intersection of Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Tech, and our CRM platform. You are responsible for our journey towards a group-wide HubSpot system as the commercial platform for Bikeleasing, Probonio, and further group entities going forward – including a clean transition from the current Microsoft Dynamics world. <ul>
<li>You take end-to-end responsibility for the group-wide HubSpot migration project – from scope and timeline to budget and release cycles</li>
<li>As the central interface, you bridge Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, Tech, Controlling, and BI – bringing requirements together and creating a shared language around leads, deals, and pipelines</li>
<li>You manage our HubSpot agency from briefing and backlog prioritization through to quality assurance</li>
<li>You own our HubSpot platform – including data quality, process consistency, and further development across all brands</li>
<li>You ensure a clean interplay with the existing Dynamics world throughout the transition phase</li>
<li>You harmonize leads, contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines across brands with clear governance – while simultaneously driving lead nurturing, deal-stage automations, and lifecycle campaigns along the entire funnel</li>
<li>You build a KPI, funnel, and reporting framework at company, team, and individual level and drive marketing and sales automations across the entire funnel</li>
<li>You are responsible for expanding the roadmap and rollout to further group entities, as well as building out training and adoption tracking across Sales and Marketing teams</li>

<h2>Your profile</h2>
<ul>
<li>You bring several years of experience in a senior role at the intersection of Sales/Marketing Operations and CRM – e.g. as CRM Manager, Revenue Operations Lead, or Head of Marketing/Sales Operations</li>
<li>You have built, migrated, or significantly developed at least one HubSpot instance with multiple entities in a responsible role – ideally in a growing B2B organization</li>
<li>You have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects – including managing external agencies or implementation partners</li>
<li>Your communication and stakeholder management are excellent – You mediate between Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Tech and drive decisions to closure</li>
<li>You understand data models and automation logic well enough to work at eye level with agency and tech teams</li>
