<strong>Overview<br><br></strong><strong>Shift Lead<br><br></strong><strong>Full time 36.75 Hours per week<br><br></strong><strong>Permanent Contract<br><br></strong><strong>Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday<br><br></strong><strong>B&amp;Q Plymouth<br><br></strong><strong> This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6am to a latest finish time of 10pm <br><br></strong>Every day, we give our millions of customers the ideas, advice, tools and confidence they need to create a home they’ll love. Join us as a Shift Lead and you’ll be a big part of this.<br><br><strong> What's the job? <br><br></strong><strong>Role<br><br></strong>Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&amp;Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&amp;Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:<br><br><ul><li> Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly. </li><li> Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift. </li><li> Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. </li><li> Make sure our stores are safe at all times. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Need<br><br></strong>Our shift leads are key to running our business through their teams.
