<p>As a Senior Brand Manager – Global Brand Leadership, you will take on a key strategic role within Quantum Systems, establishing the brand as a primary competitive advantage. You will lead the development and management of the brand based on modern branding principles, ensuring global consistency, differentiation, and value appreciation.</p><p>Reporting to the Director Global Marketing, you serve as the enterprise-wide expert for strategic brand management. You will shape the Quantum Systems brand as a long-term corporate asset, embedding the brand identity across the organization and aligning all activities with the overarching corporate strategy. As a powerhouse for unmanned systems, Quantum Systems enables real-world performance in complex mission environments; you will drive this positioning through scientifically grounded brand leadership and data-driven strategic advisory across all international markets.<br /><br /></p><h4><strong>What is your Day to Day Mission:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Develop and continuously sharpen the global brand strategy and positioning.</p></li><li><p>Own the brand identity, brand architecture, and the global brand portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Establish and drive a brand equity management system with clear KPIs to measure brand strength, reputation, and differentiation.</p></li><li><p>Define a long-term brand roadmap derived directly from the corporate strategy.</p></li><li><p>Lead global brand tracking, market research, and target audience studies to drive strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Shape a consistent brand experience across all relevant customer touchpoints.</p></li><li><p>Implement a comprehensive behavioral branding program to anchor the brand in the mindset and actions of all employees.</p></li><li><p>Develop differentiating brand and corporate narratives to position Quantum Systems as the leading DefTech brand.</p></li><li><p>Govern brand migrations, international brand audits, and overall brand compliance.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate competitive trends and reputation metrics to define strategic measures.</p></li><li><p>Advise the Director Global Marketing and Executive Management on all strategic branding matters.</p></li><li><p>Lead international design, brand, and research agencies to ensure high-impact execution.</p></li></ul><br /><br /><h4><strong><br /></strong></h4><h4><strong>What you bring to the team:</strong><br /></h4><ul><li><p>Extensive experience in strategic brand management within an international B2B technology, aerospace, or defence environment.</p></li><li><p>University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a comparable field of study.</p></li><li><p>Profound knowledge of behavioral branding.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in successful brand positioning, architecture management, and brand equity systems.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in establishing KPI-base
