Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator

<p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> Property Maintenance &amp; Operations Coordinator</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SALARY:</strong> CI$50,000 - CI$75,000 pa</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WORKING HOURS: </strong>40 HOURS PER WEEK</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a Property Maintenance &amp; Operations Coordinator to join Arboretum Services Ltd. The successful candidate will deliver hands-on maintenance support while ensuring properties, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and maintained to a high operational standard.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>DO YOU HAVE:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>A minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in property maintenance, facilities, or handyman roles</p><p>Strong practical experience with AC servicing, including cleaning, filter changes, and troubleshooting</p><p>Solid knowledge of basic electrical repairs, fixture replacement, and minor fault diagnosis</p><p>Proven plumbing maintenance skills, including responding to urgent repair situations</p><p>Experience maintaining equipment, tools, gates, and mechanical systems</p><p>The ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments and near water</p><p>Experience working on boats or in marine environments, strongly preferred</p><p>Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, maintenance-first mindset</p><p>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and participate in on-call rotation</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WE WANT YOU TO:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Perform routine and preventative maintenance across all properties, including AC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs</p><p>Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure safety</p><p>Maintain and service gates, pumps, tools, and equipment to ensure reliability and longevity</p><p>Power wash and upkeep exterior areas, ensuring properties remain clean and well-presented</p><p>Support emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours repairs and urgent callouts</p><p>Assist with hurricane preparedness, securing property assets and implementing safety measures</p><p>Maintain maintenance records, inventory of tools and parts, and coordinate supply needs</p><p>Provide operational support where needed while prioritizing maintenance excellence</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At Dart, we're committed to creating a workplace where you thrive, offering a competitive salary and benefits designed for your well-being and growth.
