<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>The Change Management Lead will support our Workday Optimisation project and other People and Culture-related projects (such as US Benefits and Job Architecture). We have identified the need to facilitate aligned, and sustained communication and adoption across the organisation.</p><p>This is a remote-working role (onsite and hybrid options available) reporting to our Global Talent Management team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Change Strategy: </strong>Build an integrated change approach across Workday Optimization. This approach includes the Advanced Compensation Module implementation, Total Rewards projects, and other People and Culture Projects. It also involves intersections with other important projects, such as a finance transformation programme. The goal is to ensure consistency and minimize fragmentation.</li><li><strong>Partner Engagement</strong> Partner across HR, IT, Leadership, ePMO, and other Transformation teams to manage interdependencies, align priorities and communication strategies, and ensure readiness and engagement.</li><li><strong>Change Impact &amp; Readiness</strong> Assess impacts across people, process, and systems; define readiness plans and address adoption risks.</li><li><strong>Communications &amp; Messaging</strong> Develop targeted communications, leader messaging, and manager enablement materials to support organizational understanding and adoption.</li><li><strong>Training &amp; Enablement</strong> Support coordination of training strategies and materials in partnership with implementation partner to ensure adoption of Workday enhancements and new processes.</li><li><strong>Adoption &amp; Sustainability</strong> Understand success metrics, monitor adoption, and implement reinforcement mechanisms to ensure long-term sustainability.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>Organisational change management expertise</li><li>Experience supporting complex, cross team projects involving vendor and internal delivery partners</li><li>Executive management capability</li><li>Can translate technical/process change into tangible results.</li><li>Experience navigating a complex environment with evolving priorities</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About iNIZIO</strong></p><p>At Inizio, we're a global team motivated by a shared purpose: to reimagine health.
