<p>We're hiring a <strong>Design and Growth Working Student (m/f/d)</strong> to shape inca's visual identity and run our external presence end-to-end, working directly with the CEO at a venture-backed company that's transforming how insurance claims work in Europe.</p>
<p>Start: around September 2026 · 12–20 hours / week · Berlin or remote.</p>
<p>How inca looks, sounds, and shows up? That's on you. Social Media, Newsletter, Website, Product, where it counts. You also jump on GTM and commercial topics alongside the CEO when sharp execution is needed. AI is your daily weapon — not a buzzword you drop in meetings.</p>

<li><strong>Drive our visual identity</strong> across every touchpoint - social media, website, newsletter, sales decks, event collateral, and increasingly product surfaces. You make inca look like the category leader we're building.</li>
<li><strong>Own social media end-to-end</strong> - content calendar, copy, design, posting cadence — across our company page and our founders' personal accounts. From concept to publish.</li>
<li><strong>Run our newsletter and marketing channels</strong> - design, write, ship. Create and spread content fitting to incas identity.</li>
<li><strong>Elevate inca's external presence</strong> at conferences, fairs, and industry events — booth design, asset creation, on-site materials.</li>
<li><strong>Build with AI, every day</strong> - Leverage modern design and marketing stack to ship faster than any agency could.</li>
<li><strong>Plug into broader GTM and Founder's Associate topics</strong> alongside the CEO - sales collateral, pitch materials, customer-facing assets, GTM operations, and the occasional special project where we need sharp execution.</li>
