<p>We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for Sweden at Mammutmarsch!</p>
<p>At Mammutmarsch, we are more than the pioneers of extreme hiking in Germany. We are a movement. Every year, we inspire thousands of people to leave their comfort zones, push their limits, and achieve things they never thought possible.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who doesn’t just execute marketing. We are looking for someone who wants to help build Mammutmarsch on an international scale.</p>
<p>Someone who understands the Swedish market. Who comes up with creative ideas. Who sees opportunities. And who works closely with our marketing team to turn Mammutmarsch into a real movement in Sweden.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Marketing &#x26; Market Entry</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute marketing activities for the Swedish market</li>
<li>Work closely with our German marketing team</li>
<li>Support the launch and growth of the Mammutmarsch brand in Sweden</li>
<li>Develop local marketing ideas and campaigns</li>
<li>Execute activities across social media, influencer marketing, PR, guerrilla marketing, and other channels</li>
<li>Research and build relevant partnerships and networks</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Brand Building &#x26; Community</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Become one of the first ambassadors of the Mammutmarsch spirit in Sweden</li>
<li>Help build a local Mammutmarsch community</li>
<li>Identify opportunities, trends, and market insights</li>
<li>Contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our marketing strategy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Support events and marketing activities on-site</li>
<li>Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and service providers</li>
<li>Assist with the analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Initial experience in marketing (e.g. social media marketing, influencer marketing, PR, or general marketing)</li>
<li>Highly independent and proactive working style</li>
<li>Creativity and the ability to think outside the box</li>
<li>Excitement about taking ownership and helping build a new market</li>
<li>Willingness to travel</li>
<li>Native-level Swedish</li>
<li>Strong English skills</li>
<li>Passion for our mission and our events</li>
