<p><strong>The role</strong></p>
<p>This is a full-cycle sales role with real ownership. You'll find, develop, and close strategic and mid-market accounts across DACH, from first conversation to signed contract. You'll sell into hotel groups, serviced apartment operators, and forward-thinking hospitality businesses that are ready to leave their old PMS behind.</p>
<p>You'll work closely with our partner ecosystem to co-sell and accelerate deals, and you'll be a genuine voice for Apaleo in the market — building relationships that go beyond the transaction.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Running the full sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close</li>
<li>Owning and developing 30–40% of your own pipeline through outbound and network-driven activity</li>
<li>Selling to C-suite and operational decision-makers, helping them understand what a best-of-breed approach actually means in practice</li>
<li>Navigating complex buying processes that span HQ, Operations, IT, and Finance</li>
<li>Co-selling with Apaleo's ecosystem of app and implementation partners to accelerate deals and add customer value</li>
<li>Using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, <a href="http://Modjo.ai">Modjo.ai</a>, and Zoom to work smart and move fast</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, you know how to run a deal and close it</li>
<li>Experience selling complex solutions to non-technical buyers, ideally in hospitality, travel, or an adjacent industry</li>
<li>Genuine curiosity about hospitality, you want to understand how the industry works, not just sell into it</li>
<li>The ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles without losing momentum</li>
<li>Fluency in German and English, this is non-negotiable for the DACH market, additional language a plus.</li>
<li>A self-starter mindset, you thrive with ownership and don't need hand-holding</li>
