<strong>Company:</strong> Petra Brands<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Position Type: </strong>Full Time<br><br><strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>Petra Brands is seeking a <strong>Creator &amp; Influencer Specialist</strong> to support the growth of our brands through creator partnerships across <strong>TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social commerce platforms</strong>.<br><br>This role is ideal for someone who is <strong>deeply immersed in creator culture</strong>, understands how influencer marketing drives <strong>retail and direct-to-consumer growth</strong>, and enjoys managing the operational side of creator programs including <strong>sampling, outreach, and campaign coordination</strong>.<br><br>You will work closely with our marketing, social, and sales teams to help scale our creator ecosystem while ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, creator relationships, and product seeding initiatives.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Creator Relationship Management</li><li>Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators and influencers aligned with Petra Brands' products and audience</li><li>Manage inbound creator requests from TikTok, Instagram, and email</li><li>Maintain an organized pipeline of creators across micro, mid-tier, and large creators</li><li>Track creator performance including views, engagement, and sales impact</li><li> TikTok Creator Program Management</li><li>Coordinate TikTok creator sampling and seeding programs</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of creator outreach including:</li><li>Support paid and organic creator campaigns for both retail and DTC initiatives</li><li> Creator Sampling &amp; Product Seeding</li><li>Manage creator sample requests and maintain an organized sample inventory tracker</li><li>Coordinate product shipments to creators globally</li><li>Support product seeding strategies for new product launches and retail activations</li><li>Ensure timely fulfillment of creator sample requests</li><li> TikTok Discord Community Support</li><li>Assist in building and managing Petra Brands' TikTok Creator Discord community</li><li>Help onboard creators into the community</li><li>Support creator engagement through:</li><li>Monitor feedback and creator sentiment</li><li> Creator Campaign Execution</li><li>Support the execution of creator campaigns for:</li><li>Coordinate creator deliverables and timelines</li><li>Track campaign KPIs and report results to the marketing team</li><li> Live Event Creator Coordination</li><li>Manage product sampling and creator coordination for live events, trade shows, and creator meetups</li><li>Assist with creator invitations and engagement for events</li><li>Support logistics for creator participation at brand activations</li><li> Influencer Program Operations</li><li>Maintain internal systems including:</li><li>Track creator codes, affiliate performance, and campaign metrics<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><
