<p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are a fast-growing jewelry brand looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Operations Manager to help oversee day-to-day business operations across marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, and internal project management.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are a small but growing team, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can help bring structure, organization, and follow-through to a fast-moving business.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This person will work directly with the founder and internal team to help keep projects moving, priorities organized, and departments aligned.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Youâll Do</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Brand Operations & Project Management</strong></p><ul><li><span>Drive cross-functional projects and day-to-day operations by managing priorities, timelines, launches, approvals, and deliverables across marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, and operations to ensure the business stays organized and moving forward.</span></li><li><span>Manage, maintain and improve internal systems, workflows and processes. </span></li><li><span>Act as a central point of coordination between founder, internal team members and external consultants by managing communication, task delegation, follow-ups, approvals, deliverables, and accountability</span></li><li><span>Proactively identify operational gaps and bottlenecks while developing scalable processes and solutions to support company growth.</span></li><li><span>Turn founder ideas into actionable plans and timelines</span></li><li><span>Create structure and clarity in a fast-moving environment</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Wholesale + Ecommerce Support</strong></p><ul><li><span>Assist with retailer onboarding and account management (Nordstrom, Bloomingdaleâs, Anthropologie, Free People, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Lead and support Operations team in assortment planning, collection launches, product setup, promotional calendars and wholesale submissions</span></li><li><span>Oversee Shopify storefront via double checking product listings, inventory organization, and operational workflows</span></li><li><span>Help troubleshoot backend operational systems and retailer integrations</span></li><li><span>Support multi channel reporting, analysis and inventory reviews</span></li><li><span>Oversee and track wholesale purchase orders</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Marketing Support</strong></p><ul><li><span>Manage marketing consultants (social media/influencer/UGC consultant, email marketing consultant, graphic designer) while ensuring cohesiveness and alignment</span></li><li><span>Collaboratively strategize, create and oversee marketing calendar and campaign timelines</span></li><li><span>Communicate brand roadmap with consultants to ensure marketing is aligned across all channels</span></li><li><span>Review cre
