Microwave Products Group | BSC Filters (mpgdover.com)<br><br><strong>OPPORTUNITY<br><br></strong>Due to growth, we’re looking to welcome a new <strong>ASSEMBLER</strong> to our Solutions team. In this role, you’ll work as part of our highly skilled, friendly and customer focused team assembling our filters, enabling connection and protectiuon around the world.<br><br><strong>You’ll Do This By Completing Responsibilities To<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assemble precision electronic parts to build filters (including SMD components). To do this using specification sheets, production and engineering drawings and following work instructions to complete assigned tasks for each filter process within required timeframes. </li><li>Using equipment including microscopes, solder dispensers and soldering irons, tweezers, cutters, scalpels, screwdrivers, hot plates, ovens, heat guns to assemble and build filters to required standards. </li><li>Electronic fault finding, highlighting and where able resolving product issues and errors ensuring quality standards are maintained. <br><br></li></ul>To be successful, you are or ideally have the following skills:<br><br><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role or an interest/experience in soldering, model making, taking items apart and putting them back together again.</li><li>Confident and organised and wanting to learn our processes, how they work and what you’ll need to do to achieve the right standard. </li><li>Patient and methodical in putting things together and when necessary, tinkering/adjusting them to get the right result.</li><li>Problem solving, finding faults and suggesting solutions.</li><li>Have a high attention to detail, combined with a passion for tidiness in your work area!</li><li>Enjoy making positive teamwork contributions delivering continuous improvement and targets.<
