<p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p>
<p>As our GTM Lead / Director of Business Development, your mission is simple yet highly challenging: unlock the German and Dutch enterprise markets. You will leverage your existing heavy network of data leaders, establish Dataddo as the go-to data integration choice, and personally drive the sales pipeline. You will act as a critical connector between our product and the strategic needs of top-tier enterprise clients.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Market Penetration & Networking:</strong> Utilize your extensive pre-existing network and contacts within the DACH and Benelux regions to generate high-value enterprise opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>End-to-End Sales Execution:</strong> Actively prospect, negotiate, and close enterprise-grade software deals with buying personas such as CDOs, VPs of Analytics, and Head of Data.</li>
<li><strong>GTM Strategy Ownership:</strong> Define and implement the local Go-To-Market execution plan tailored to the specifics of the German and Dutch software markets.</li>
<li><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong> Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key stakeholders during the entire sales cycle, ensuring long-term satisfaction and strategic alignment.</li>
<li><strong>Pipeline & Forecasting Management:</strong> Use the company CRM to meticulously track activities, build a highly predictable sales pipeline, and provide accurate revenue forecasts directly to the leadership team.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Department Collaboration:</strong> Partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align market feedback with product development and ensure client satisfaction.</li>
