Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.  </span></p><p style=";"></p><h4>Purpose of the role:</h4><p><span style="color: #121317">The goal of this role is to support teams in documenting and structuring knowledge, decisions, and workflows in a transparent manner, creating the foundation for effective and continuously improving processes.<br /></span></p><h4><span style="color: #121317">Responsibilities:</span></h4><p><span style="color: #121317">In this role, you will support the Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Operations teams in the further development of process and quality management in a fast-growing deep-tech company. You will work on the following topics:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Visualization, analysis, and documentation of development, support, and business processes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Analysis and documentation of interfaces between disciplines with regard to effectiveness and efficiency</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Creation and maintenance of process descriptions, work instructions, and management system documentation</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Collection, preparation, and visualization of process and quality KPIs along the value chain</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Support in the preparation of workshops, training materials, and management reviews</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Collaboration on improvement measures in process and quality management</span></p></li></ul><br /><br /><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">Required skills:</span></strong></h4><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technically oriented field</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Interest in technical workflows, processes, and cross-functional collaboration</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Ability to structure, document, and clearly present complex topics</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Initial practical experience in technical projects or manufacturing companies is an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Structured, analytical, and independent working style</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken<br /></span></p></li></ul><h4><strong><s
