Senior Enterprise Architect & IT Service Management Consultant (m/f/d) for our Talent Pool

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>Depending on the project, you may be involved in:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture concepts and roadmaps</li>
<li>Bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture and IT Operations</li>
<li>Analyzing complex technical dependencies and identifying implementation risks</li>
<li>Supporting IT Service Management initiatives and process improvements</li>
<li>Contributing to service transition, operational readiness and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Coordinating stakeholders across business and IT organizations</li>
<li>Supporting testing activities including test planning, coordination and defect management</li>
<li>Facilitating workshops and aligning technical and business teams</li>
<li>Supporting change management and adoption during transformation programs</li>
<li>Working closely with project managers, architects, service owners and technical teams</li>
<li>Contributing to governance, documentation and architectural decision-making</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p>We are looking for experienced consultants who bring several of the following qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or IT Transformation</li>
<li>Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL)</li>
<li>Experience with large enterprise environments and complex application landscapes</li>
<li>Ability to understand technical dependencies across multiple systems</li>
<li>Experience supporting service transition, operational readiness or platform transformations</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience coordinating testing, issue resolution and cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile delivery models and modern collaboration tools</li>
<li>Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking</li>
<li>Professional English is required; German is an advantage</li>
