IT System Administrator (f/m/d)

<h2>Your tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>You manage and further develop our Linux systems, which form the backbone of our infrastructure</li>
<li>You take ownership of various operational information security topics, including endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, IDS, SIEM, and more</li>
<li>You support our team across different levels of tasks, covering the full breadth of IT challenges</li>
<li>You contribute to the development and optimization of IT processes to support our growing user base</li>
<li>You drive automation and configuration management (IaC) to increase efficiency and reliability within our environment</li>
<li>You work closely with cross‑functional teams using modern Agile methods such as Kanban and Scrum</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>You bring several years of experience administering and working with Linux systems</li>
<li>You have a solid background in operational information security</li>
<li>You have experience with 2nd and 3rd level support and enjoy tackling a wide range of technical challenges</li>
<li>You have a strong understanding of computer networks and common protocols (DNS, DHCP, IP, NTP, SSH, etc.)</li>
<li>You have hands‑on experience developing and implementing IT processes</li>
<li>You bring skills in automation and configuration management (e.g., IaC)</li>
<li>You work independently and in a structured way, maintaining high-quality standards</li>
<li>You are fluent in English</li>
