<p>ââLooking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates</p><p>Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager</p><p>Compensation range: $2,500 - $3,000 AUD/month</p><p>Engagement type: Independent Contractor</p><p>Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9.00 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, youâll have flexibility in how you manage your time.</p><p></p><p>Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home.</p><p>Who The Client Is:</p><p>Our client is a well-established law firm based in Tasmania with over 100 staff. They provide a wide range of legal services across areas such as property, conveyancing, and general legal matters. The firm is known for its professional and collaborative environment, with a structured team of admin staff and paralegals supporting lawyers to ensure smooth operations.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>Weâre looking for a digitally-savvy marketing professional to own our online presence, from SEO and Google Ads to social media and content. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands digital marketing deeply and can work autonomously to drive measurable results.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) â Core Focus</p><ul><li>SEO is the primary focus of this role. Youâll own the firmâs search strategy end-to-end:<br /> ⢠Develop and execute the firmâs SEO strategy to grow organic search visibility<br /> ⢠Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimisation across the website<br /> ⢠Manage technical SEO foundations (site structure, metadata, page speed, schema)<br /> ⢠Build and manage a link-building pipeline (guest posts, citations, partnerships)<br /> ⢠Use tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to track rankings, traffic, and opportunities<br /> ⢠Provide regular SEO performance reports with clear recommendations</li><li>Paid Advertising & Social Media<br /> ⢠Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including budget and performance tracking<br /> ⢠Maintain and grow the firmâs presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram<br /> ⢠Plan, schedule, and publish content across channels in line with brand tone</li><li>Content & Website<br /> ⢠Collaborate with internal staff to develop articles, updates, and campaign content<br /> ⢠Coordinate publishing of website and blog content<br /> ⢠Keep the website current and aligned with firm branding</li><li>Reporting & Analytics<br /> ⢠Track and report on performance across SEO, Google Ads, and social channels<br /> ⢠Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations<br /> ⢠Assist with marketing planning and budget tracking as required</li><li>External Partnersh
