<strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and market adoption of <strong>Sioniq JOS</strong>, a specialized enterprise business solution designed for the <strong>jewellery sector</strong>. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, overseeing client acquisitions, and ensuring customer success across the AP region.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Business Development & Sales<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>Identify, qualify, and acquire new jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers for Sioniq .</li><li>Drive the entire sales cycle â from lead generation to demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market penetration and growth targets.</li><li>Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and ERP trends in the jewellery domain.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Client Engagement<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations tailored to jewellery business workflows (inventory, karat tracking, manufacturing, billing, etc.).</li><li>Understand client pain points and align ERP modules accordingly.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key decision-makers â owners, finance heads, and IT managers in jewellery businesses.</li><li>Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Market Development<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>Represent Sioniq in trade events, jewellery expos, and industry associations across AP.</li><li>Collaborate with local partners, resellers, and system integrators to expand reach.</li><li>Generate regional insights to support product localization and roadmap development.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Account Management<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>Manage existing clients to increase user adoption, module upgrades, and renewals.</li><li>Monitor client performance metrics and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.</li><li>Ensure consistent communication and feedback loops with customers.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong><strong>Desired Candidate Profile:<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>Graduate in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA preferred).<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>4â8 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably IT Operations, ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions for the jewellery or retail sectors.</li><li>Strong understanding of jewellery business operations â retail management, inventory, bullion accounting, and manufacturing.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>Proven track record in ERP or enterprise software sales.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Regional language proficiency .</li><li>Strong
