So, at SARA, we keep it real, we support each other, and we move together to achieve big things!</p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Sales Associate - Villeroy &amp; Boch </strong>position is for our Retail Department, a customer focused function within SARA Group responsible for delivering exceptional shopping experiences, achieving sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence across our stores.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p>· Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store sales and profitability goals.</p><p>· Deliver excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.</p><p>· Ensure the store operates in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.</p><p>· Monitor daily store operations and provide regular feedback and updates to the Sales Manager.</p><p>· Maintain store upkeep and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently aligned with company guidelines.</p><p>· Ensure all product pricing and barcode labeling are accurate and compliant with company policy.</p><p>· Support the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.</p><p>· Identify and highlight maintenance requirements within the store and follow up on execution.</p><p>· Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer concerns to support continuous improvement.</p><p>· Suggest innovative marketing and promotional ideas to drive customer engagement and sales growth.</p><p>· Contribute positively to team efforts, maintaining a collaborative and motivated work environment.</p><p>· Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and high performance standards.</p><p>· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to ensure smooth store operations and business success.</p><p>· Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset at all times.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Should Bring:</strong></p><p>· Customer Focus: You are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable customer experiences.</p><p>· Communication Skills: You confidently engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and approachable manner.</p><p>· Sales Mindset: You are target-driven, motivated, and proactive in identifying sales opportunities.</p><p>· Teamwork: You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to a positive team culture.</p><p>· Adaptability: You work effectively under pressu
