As a <strong>Bilingual Sales Development Representative,</strong> you will work directly with our Sales Manager to help <strong>shape and strengthen our commercial strategy</strong>. You will be responsible for <strong>identifying and engaging new clients across the US and Europe</strong>, building strong relationships, and driving opportunities for innovative software development projects.<br><br>This is an opportunity to help lay the foundation of our next growth phase. This is mandatory to be considered for our vacancy. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Quito (3 days in office)</li><li>2-4 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing, consulting, or related fields (SaaS, IT services, or tech environments preferred)</li><li>Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken</li><li>Proven success in generating outbound opportunities and meeting or exceeding pipeline and KPI goals</li><li>Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) with the ability to engage Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers</li><li>Solid qualification and objection-handling skills, with a consultative sales approach</li><li>Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and prospecting tools (Apollo.io or similar)</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage outreach sequences and track performance metrics</li><li>Ability to qualify prospects and book meetings (Google Meet/Zoom) that convert to a legitimate pipeline</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in KPI-driven and hybrid environments<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice to have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with:</li><ul><li>End-to-end technology consulting and digital transformation services, including full-stack development, UI/UX, DevOps, fractional CTO support, system migrations, modernization, and legacy maintenance</li><li>Auto dialer
