Our thermal satellite constellation delivers the most accurate land surface temperature data on the market, equipping commercial players, governments, defence agencies, and global institutions with the thermal intelligence they need to make strategic decisions– from national security and infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience. <br /> <br />As a fast-scaling company with offices in Brussels, Freiburg, Munich, Washington and Toulouse, our multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and strategists is building the future of space-based Earth observation</p><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote - UK (South West) or Germany (Munich) <br /><strong>Team &amp; Reporting Line:</strong> Talent Lead.</p><br /><br /><p><strong>Key responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><p>Own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering roles, from requirement intake and job description design through to offer management and onboarding</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, confidently managing expectations and navigating shifting priorities</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-find engineering talent</p></li><li><p>Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical alignment, motivation, communication style, and potential risk indicators</p></li><li><p>Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and compliant records within the ATS and associated recruitment systems</p></li><li><p>Provide market insight and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions</p></li><li><p>Prioritise effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, adjusting approach as business needs evolve</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><em>Essential Experience:</em></p><ul><li><p>4+ years of solid recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house</p></li><li><p>Proven background in recruiting engineering and technical profiles within Space, Aerospace, Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in complex start-up organisations</p></li><li><p>Strong capability in stakeholder management, including working with senior and highly technical hiring managers</p></li><li><p>Experience recruiting across Europe, with Germany being a strong advantage</p></li><li><p>Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques</p></li><li><p>Confident user of ATS systems and structured recruitment processes</p></li><li><p>A calm, professional, and considered communicator, even under pressure</p></li><li><p>High levels of emotional awareness and interper
