Our Finance &#x26; HR team is looking for a new member with a clear focus on HR. You’ll take ownership of operational HR tasks while also having the opportunity to contribute to finance projects, depending on your interests and prior experience.<br>

<h2>Your tasks</h2>
<p><strong>HR Operations:</strong> You’ll own our HR operations, handling everything from benefits and contract administration to maintaining employee master data and day-to-day people management.<br>
<strong>Recruiting:</strong> You’ll support our recruiting efforts, from posting job ads and daily candidate correspondence to onboarding new team members.<br>
<strong>Employee Surveys:</strong> You’ll design our employee surveys, coordinate their execution, and analyze the results.<br>
<strong>Performance Reviews:</strong> You’ll organize our bi-annual performance reviews and prepare the evaluations.<br>
<strong>Team Events:</strong> You’ll plan and organize team events for the entire company, including monthly get-togethers for regular exchange and a larger quarterly event focused on team bonding.<br>
<strong>Additional Projects:</strong> You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting ad-hoc projects.</p>
<h2>Your profile</h2>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> You’re currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (or similar) with a focus on HR Management or Psychology.<br>
<strong>Work Style:</strong> You work in a structured, independent, and detail-oriented way, keeping track of multiple topics at once.<br>
<strong>Communication:</strong> You engage openly and proactively with people, whether in person, by phone, or in writing.<br>
<strong>Languages:</strong> You communicate confidently in both German and English, orally and in writing.<br>
<strong>Personality:</strong> Technical affinity and a proactive mindset round out your profile.<br>
<strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience in HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required.</p>
