By giving products a second chance, we reduce resource consumption and avoid unnecessary e-waste.</p><p><br />Our team of 500 comes from all corners of the world; we drive things forward collaboratively, take personal responsibility, value positive critical thinking, and persistently serve our customers and planet.<br /></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">Strategic Roadmap Ownership:</span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72"> Define and execute SEO strategy across Content, Technical, and Off-page</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">Drive Operational Excellence: </span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">Maintain a consistent pulse on organic performance through daily site health monitoring, regular content refreshes, and proactive performance reporting, ensuring our technical foundation remains flawless and our existing content stays competitive</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">Technical Product Partnership:</span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72"> Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to prioritize SEO requirements (Core Web Vitals, Schema, Site Architecture etc.) within the development sprint cycles</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">Content & Brand Synergy:</span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72"> Lead the content strategy by identifying high-intent topics and working with the Brand/Agency to ensure organic content remains high-quality and on-tone</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">AI & LLM Optimization (GEO)</span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">: establish KPIs to measure AI visibility and increase brand mentions and citations within AI Overviews</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">External Partner Management:</span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72"> Direct and hold accountable SEO agencies to ensure high-quality content, backlink profiles, regular audits, and specialized technical support</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #5a5f72">Data-Driven Reporting:</span></strong><span style="color: #5a5f72"> Build and maintain automated dashboards to track traffic and organic health, translating "search volume" into "business value"</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>6+
