PBG delivers mission-focused solutions that eliminate inefficiency and power transformation for federal agencies requiring agility, security, and impact.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Citizenship: </strong>Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders residing in the USA<br><br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY<br><br></strong>The Program Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for the full delivery and oversight of all work under project supporting CPIC & Financial Management Support Services. This individual is the primary interface with the customer and holds overall accountability for quality, schedule, security, and compliance.<br><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provides senior oversight across all tasks, ensuring delivery quality, schedule compliance, and contract performance.</li><li>Serves as the primary point of contact for customer.</li><li>Coordinates and integrates the work of Capital Planning) and Financial Management teams.</li><li>Develops and maintains the Program Management Plan, Monthly Work Plans, and Status Reports.</li><li>Leads onboarding, transition planning, and off-boarding activities throughout the contract lifecycle.</li><li>Ensures adherence to FITARA, Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks, and CPIC processes.</li><li>Manages personnel; ensures team quality, security compliance, and schedule adherence.</li><li>Identifies and mitigates programmatic risks; escalates issues appropriately to federal leadership.<br><br></li></ul><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<br><br></strong><ul><li>7+ years of experience managing federal IT portfolio, capital planning, or financial management support contracts.</li><li>Demonstrated experience as a primary interface with federal government CORs and contracting personnel.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility federal environment.</li><li>Familiarity with FITARA, TBM, OMB A-11, and CPIC governance processes.</li><li>Experience with federal shared-cost IT environments and interagency agreements (IAA).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief senior federal leaders.<br><br></li></ul><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS<br><br></strong><ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification preferred.</li><li>Prior experience supporting USDA or FPAC agency programs strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with investment review processes and federal shared-cost models.<br><br></li></ul><strong>#WHYPBG<br><br></strong>We have successfully built a company culture based on our single most important asset - our employees.
