You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and developing end-to-end solutions that balance business requirements, technical excellence, security standards, scalability, and cost. You ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and mission-ready.</p><p style=";"><br /></p><h4><strong>What is your Day to Day Mission:</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>Lead and coordinate</strong> the architecture and design of ISR-focused aerial and other unmanned systems based on customer requirements, operational scenarios, and platform capabilities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Define and drive system-level solutions</strong> that align with military standards and interoperability requirements (e.g., NATO, BAAINBw).</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally</strong> with solution management, product management, software, and development teams to ensure technical coherence and mission effectiveness.</p></li><li><p><strong>Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders</strong> (including defense customers, government bodies, and integration partners).</p></li><li><p><strong>Produce and maintain</strong> system models, architecture views, and documentation using tools such as SPARX EA.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure compliance</strong> with relevant frameworks and support certification and qualification processes.</p></li><li><p><strong>Mentor junior engineers</strong> and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems engineering practices.</p></li></ul><br /><br /><h4><strong><br /></strong></h4><h4><strong>What you bring to the team:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Strong background in <strong>systems design and architecture</strong>, ideally with defense and aerospace systems.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a <strong>Solution Architect</strong> or <strong>System Architect</strong>,<strong> </strong>ideally in a defense-related domain.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., SPARX EA) and modeling standards.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>NATO Architecture Framework (NAFv4)</strong> and German defense architecture methodologies such as <strong>ADMBw</strong> is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>A university degree in <strong>Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Eng
