<p><strong>GFL Cosmetics</strong> is a group with 30 years of experience in the industry. Our <strong>Made in Italy</strong> cosmetics are available across multiple market channels, including hotels, retail, large-scale distribution, and e-commerce. Thanks to our production capacity and global sales network, we can offer innovative cosmetic collections and customized contract solutions.</p>
<p>Our headquarters are in <strong>Switzerland</strong>, with sales offices across <strong>Europe, the Middle East, and North America</strong>, and a distributor network in <strong>South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific region</strong>. We supply cosmetics to independent and regional hotels as well as international hotel chains.</p>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>enthusiastic and experienced Key Account Manager</strong>, based in <strong>Germany</strong>, to join our team and help develop the Local Market, with specific focus on Southern Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new sales contracts and managing existing accounts.</p>
<p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and secure new sales contracts with <strong>hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise ship operators</strong> through direct engagement and negotiation.</li>
<li>Maintain and strengthen <strong>relationships with existing clients and distribution partners</strong>, ensuring continued collaboration and business growth.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed <strong>sales turnover and margin targets</strong>, aligning with company objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with designated <strong>distributors</strong> to ensure contract compliance and seamless implementation of agreements.</li>
<li>Provide <strong>training and support</strong> to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify <strong>new hotel openings and business opportunities</strong>, independently or with distributor network support.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong alignment with the company’s values of environmental respect and sustainability.</li>
<li>Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a proactive, individual and team-oriented results-driven mindset.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Italy, with occasional short stays abroad when required.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel and online business applications, with the ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.</li>
<li>Nice to have: prior experience or strong understanding of the hotel supply industry across the region.</li>
