<p>To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:</p>
<p><strong>Working Student IT System Administrator (f/m/d)</strong></p>
<p><strong>in part-time, 20 hours</strong></p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>As a Working Student in our IT department, you will support the IT team in daily operations and infrastructure-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>supporting the administration of cloud services, including Microsoft 365</li>
<li>assisting with the maintenance of our on-premise server infrastructure</li>
<li>supporting Active Directory and domain controller administration</li>
<li>helping to monitor and maintain regular backup processes</li>
<li>supporting the management of our 3CX VoIP telephone system</li>
<li>setting up and preparing workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment</li>
<li>providing first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues, such as Windows, printers, VPN, and Microsoft 365</li>
<li>assisting with IT security tasks, updates, and system monitoring</li>
<li>supporting the documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations</li>
<li>helping with the implementation of new IT systems and improvement projects</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Systems Engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>first practical experience or strong interest in IT administration, system support, or infrastructure topics</li>
<li>basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support processes</li>
<li>basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, or backup systems would be an advantage</li>
<li>basic scripting knowledge, for example, PowerShell, Bash, or Python, is a plus</li>
<li>structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style</li>
<li>willingness to learn and take responsibility step by step</li>
<li>good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, German language skills are a plus</li>
</ul>
