<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Own a product area end to end.</strong> Define the vision, prioritize, and drive it from discovery to launch.</p>
<p><strong>Talk to revenue teams.</strong> Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions.</p>
<p><strong>Shape our AI features.</strong> Reason about how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus noise.</p>
<p><strong>Translate insight into specs.</strong> Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.</p>
<p><strong>Lead cross-functional execution.</strong> Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship on time.</p>
<p><strong>Define and track success.</strong> Set KPIs, watch adoption, and iterate based on data.</p>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Product management experience in B2B SaaS</strong>, ideally with technical or data-heavy products. We're open to either a high-potential candidate with less hands-on experience or a senior person who wants to stay highly operational and hands-on. Needs to have 3+ years of experience minimum in any case.</p>
<p><strong>Strong customer instinct.</strong> You enjoy talking to users, digging into their workflows, and turning messy problems into clear product decisions.</p>
<p><strong>Comfort with data and AI.</strong> You can reason about how AI features should work and use data to drive prioritization and measure success.</p>
<p><strong>Sharp prioritization.</strong> You can say no, focus on what matters, and balance speed with quality.</p>
<p><strong>Excellent communication.</strong> You keep engineering, design, and go-to-market teams aligned and bring clarity to ambiguity.</p>
<p><strong>Bias for ownership.</strong> You take full responsibility for outcomes, not just output, and thrive in a fast-moving, remote environment.</p>
<p><strong>Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce, RevOps, or sales workflows.</strong> Understanding how revenue teams operate will help you move faster.</p>
