<p>As our <strong>VP Revenue</strong>, you'll own JOIN's commercial future. We've built a strong product-led and marketing-led growth engine in DACH – now it's time to level up our overall GTM motion and unlock international markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape the entire Sales architecture of a fast-growing SaaS company from a position of strength.</p>
<p>You'll be part of our management team and work directly with the <strong>CEO and key stakeholders</strong> to define strategy, build teams, and drive execution across sales, account management, and RevOps.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and drive JOIN's revenue strategy across outbound sales &#x26; GTM, account management, and RevOps</li>
<li>Define and execute JOIN's international expansion strategy (new markets prioritization, GTM localization, partnerships)</li>
<li>Lead and coach sales &#x26; GTM, account management, and RevOps to build a world-class commercial motion</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and ensure the PLG/MLG and sales &#x26; account management motions work together seamlessly</li>
<li>Establish a data-driven revenue culture: own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting</li>
<li>Join our management team and work directly with the CEO and other management team members to shape the overall company strategy and JOIN’s future</li>

<p><strong>Who you'll work with</strong></p>
<p>You'll work directly with the <strong>CEO</strong> and have a seat at the management table. You'll partner closely with <strong>Product</strong>, <strong>Marketing</strong>, and <strong>Finance</strong> to align JOIN's commercial strategy across the board. Your direct reports will include the sales, account management, and RevOps.</p>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p>
<p>✔ <strong>Proven VP-level sales leadership</strong> in a B2B SaaS company – you've owned a number and delivered.</p>
<p>✔ <strong>International expansion experience</strong> – you've led or played a key role in entering and winning in new markets.</p>
<p>✔ <strong>Outbound motion builder</strong> – you've built or significantly scaled an outbound sales function, ideally in a PLG/inbound-first company transitioning to a hybrid model.</p>
<p>✔ <strong>Multi-functional team leader</strong> – you've managed sales, account management, and RevOps teams and know how to build high-performance cultures.</p>
<p>✔ <strong>Data-driven operator</strong> – you run tight forecasting, love a good dashboard, and make decisions based on signal, not gut alone.</p>
