<p>Your tasks</p>
<p>• Design and implement ServiceNow data models, including tables, relationships, and lifecycle attributes</p>
<p>• Perform service data modelling and mapping to ensure end-to-end data consistency and traceability</p>
<p>• Define and enforce referential integrity and identifier propagation across diverse systems</p>
<p>• Design and implement integrations and APIs with external systems including ADOIT, Archer, and OneTrust</p>
<p>• Translate logical enterprise data models into physical implementations within the ServiceNow platform</p>
<p>• Act as a technical advisor between architecture, business, and IT teams to facilitate stakeholder management</p>
<p>• Embed data governance, CDE definitions, and quality/validation rules within ServiceNow</p>
<p>• Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to implementation teams in complex programmes</p>
<p>Must have competences</p>
<p>• Senior-level expertise as a ServiceNow consultant</p>
<p>• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across all domains (CI, Business Application, Business Service, Service Offering, Sold Product)</p>
<p>• Ability to design and implement ServiceNow data models, including tables, relationships, and lifecycle attributes</p>
<p>• Strong expertise in service data modeling and mapping, ensuring end-to-end data consistency and traceability</p>
<p>• Experience defining and enforcing referential integrity and identifier propagation across multiple systems</p>
<p>• Proven capability to design and implement integrations and APIs with external systems such as ADOIT, Archer, and OneTrust</p>
<p>• Deep understanding of CMDB, Service Portfolio Management (SPM), and Service Catalogue structures</p>
<p>• Ability to translate logical enterprise data models into physical implementations within ServiceNow</p>
<p>• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a technical advisor between architecture, business, and IT teams</p>
<p>• Experience in data governance, Critical Data Element (CDE) definition, and embedding quality or validation rules within the ServiceNow platform</p>
<p>• Capability to lead architectural discussions and guide technical implementation teams in the context of complex programs</p>
