<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>We are looking for a proactive and highly organized <strong>Senior HR & Operations Manager</strong> to become the backbone of our internal operations. In this role, you will take ownership across the full employee lifecycle: from talent acquisition and HR administration to IT provisioning, procurement, and office management. As the go-to person for keeping the business running smoothly, you will build scalable internal processes, coordinate across teams and vendors, and create an outstanding employee experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.</p>
<p><strong>Responsiblities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Talent acquisition:</strong> Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, maintaining ATS records, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and German employment law</li>
<li><strong>HR:</strong> Own and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR administration</li>
<li><strong>IT:</strong> Oversee IT and workplace operations, including equipment provisioning, account setup, and access management for new hires</li>
<li><strong>Procurement:</strong> Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes</li>
<li><strong>Office:</strong> Be the go-to person for keeping Skailark’s internal operations running smoothy while building and scaling efficient internal systems</li>
