If the answer to all of the above is 'yes' then our brand new Field Service Technician role is the one for you!<br><br>The Field Service Technician role is a critical new position within our dedicated Client Operations team.<br><br>You will undergo comprehensive training in the electro-mechanical assembly of Dexory’s products, spending time on site in the UK where you will learn the fundamentals of troubleshooting, servicing &amp; repairing robots.<br><br>After completion of this, you will be ensuring our fleet of robots stay operational across the APAC region and you will be an integral part of the team.<br><br><strong>This will involve a heavy amount of travel to client sites in order to service, maintain, fault find and repair our robots in the field.<br><br></strong>Responsibilities include, but not limited to;<br><br><ul><li>Perform service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment</li><li>Develop, implement and action work instructions for service and repair tasks</li><li>Develop and implement service plans in line with Engineering recommendations</li><li>Maintain product traceability records</li><li>Maintain product currency </li><li>Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Fulfill additional duties, whether functional or administrative, as assigned by management in a fair and reasonable manner<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>In excess of three years experience in electromechanical assembly and service in a precision industry (including Motorsport, Aerospace, Railway, Automotive etc.)</li><li>Ability for frequent travel onsite and abroad to client sites (have a passport without restrictions)</li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Impeccable attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a team, and to lead a team through tough challenges</li><li>Driven to succeed in dynamic growing organization</li><li>Flexible attitude to working hours and location</li><li>Full Clean Australian driving license<br><br></li></ul><strong>It would be desirable if you also had experience with:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Business software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack and G-Suite</li><li>Manufacturing software such as manufacturing execution systems</li><li>Linux operating system experience</li><li>Root cause analysis methodologies<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Dexory <br><br></strong>Dexory is a rapidly growing company that is revolutionising warehouse operations.
